Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the goods within 14 days of receipt of the product by giving notice to Datatex with a simple e-mail to the address:
The returned goods must be packaged as originally and must not present attempts to use the same and any tampering with the packaging.
The cost of transporting the order from Datatex to the consumer and any other costs different at the time of purchase and shown on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the consumer and will not be reimbursed.
The cost of transport costs and any other costs for the return are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Returns for products and services are not allowed as required by the laws and regulations in force.
Datatex is not liable for any damage caused during the return process of the products.
Returned non-compliant or damaged products verified by Datatex upon their arrival will not be refunded and will remain available to the consumer for their collection with transport costs and any other expenses at his expense.
